Here at Pumping Iron Gym we recommend updating your exercise program every 6 to 8 weeks, this will keep you motivated and on track to getting the very best results from your time at the gym.

As a new gym member one of our Personal Trainers will meet you at the gym and show you around. The Personal Trainer will set you up your first exercise program then show you how to do it.  

Simply book your trainer here, choose the day and time then show up with a towel a smile, and ready to have fun with your Personal Trainer. 

Please Note: If you need to cancel and you do not give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation you do not get a refund.
