Book in for your follow up appointment around the 4 - 6 week mark so your nutritionist can give your plan a few tweeks, take a few measurements and have a chat about how you are feeling, how is the energy level, do we need to change any foods? things like that.
It is important to keep the follow up appointments going to keep you on track and keep you getting results. After all you have come this far, lets not waste it.
