No product sold on this website or in a Pumping Iron – owned store or any advice given claims to prevent or cure any disease or should be construed in that manner by you. Before beginning any new programme you should consult with your doctor, who is in the best position to assess your own health and/or any medical condition(s) you may have. All nutrition and weight management products work best with regular exercise and a balanced eating plan and do take time to be effective.

Payments Processing
All credit/debit card transactions are conducted on our behalf by Shopify. We do NOT store credit/debit card numbers, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Changes to this Site
Pumping Iron reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this Agreement in whole or in part, at any time. Changes in this Agreement will be effective when notice of such change is posted. Your continued use of the Site after any changes to this Agreement are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes. Pumping Iron may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Pumping Iron Site, including the availability of any features of the Site, at any time. Pumping Iron may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Site without notice or liability. Pumping Iron may terminate the authorisation, rights and license given above and, upon such termination you shall immediately destroy all materials.
