Casual Workout single visit

Casual visits are available in these hours:

• Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm 
• Saturday from 9am to 4pm 
• Sunday from 9am to 3pm

Simply pop into the gym reception located in Supplements Direct (2 doors along from the gym) in the open hours and we will give you access to use the gym. 

You can pre-pay here and we will be ready with your casual pass or pay at reception.
